These terms cover your use of Keyboard Spa, a mail-in cleaning and restoration service for mechanical keyboards.

By submitting a keyboard or paying for service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't submit an order.

The service

We clean and tune mechanical keyboards that customers mail to us. Every submission is reviewed by hand. We may decline any submission — for example, if a board is outside what we service or beyond practical restoration — and we'll tell you why.

Submissions

You agree to provide accurate details about your keyboard and a correct shipping address. You confirm the keyboard is yours to send, or that you have permission to send it.

Pricing & payment

If we accept your submission, we'll send a secure payment link with the price for your order. Payment is processed by Stripe and is required before we issue your prepaid shipping label. Prices are quoted per order and may change for future orders.

Shipping & risk

Turnaround

Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days from when your keyboard reaches our facility. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with the condition of the board and our queue.

Our work

We take great care with every board. That said, cleaning and restoration have limits: pre-existing wear, prior damage, failing switches, or modifications can affect results, and some issues may not be fully resolvable. We'll always tell you what we find and document the work with photos.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keyboard Spa is not liable for pre-existing defects, normal wear, or indirect or consequential damages. Except for transit loss or damage covered by shipping insurance, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Unclaimed keyboards

If a completed keyboard can't be returned because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we'll make reasonable attempts to reach you. Keyboards left unclaimed for an extended period after repeated contact may be treated as abandoned.

Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel before we issue your shipping label for a full refund. Once work has begun, refunds are handled case by case. Reach out and we'll make it right wherever we reasonably can.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.
