Yes. Mail in the whole laptop or keyboard and we deep-clean the surface and between the keys, sanitize it, test every key, and photo-document the work — $200 (launch special), insured both ways. Laptop and built-in keyboards cost more than external boards because we handle and insure the whole device, and the work is delicate: a laptop's keys don't come off the way a mechanical board's do, so it's a thorough surface clean rather than a full teardown.

After review, before you ship your keyboard to us. You submit the intake ticket, we review and reply — and only if it's a fit do we send a secure payment link. Once it's paid, your prepaid label goes out.
